With 20+ years leading technical production across museums, theatre, events, and film, Rafi Dean, founder of ARK-AV, brings a distinctive creative-tech approach to solve complex challenges. ARK-AV is about driving excellence, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination for high-profile exhibitions and events.

Trained in theatre, film, television, sound engineering and computer graphics; plus a passion for music & media arts, Rafi has a multi-faceted approach to creative problem solving & collaboration. Rapid adaptability to new ideas, technologies and environments. Experienced in small to large scale events management, audio-visual consultancy, development of technical training and stage production techniques for learners of all ages.
